What are the payment options?

Reciprocity uses online payment as our safest and most efficient source of payment! Due to COVID-19, meeting in person and handing in cash will not be necessary; we find virtual transactions to be way easier for these troubling times.

Do you sell gift cards?

No, we do not use gift cards for our company but however we do have subscriptions that benefit just as good, if not, better than gift cards! Our membership subscriptions work like a charm by providing you more products along with some customer benefits to the site.

What is your return policy?

If you would like to make a return or cancel a subscription from Reciprocity, contact us through our socials and we'll work with you to get the service you desire! Within a 30 day limit and if you still have your digital receipt to show, your return or cancelation would be valid for further notice.

How long does it take to ship products?

Shipping time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. Once you receive our confirmation message, your order is set to be processed! It's estimated to take around 5-7 business days to ship. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP, but if there are any shipping issues with such package, contact us for customer support within 60 days after your order was placed.
